A tri-campus community of practice, created by and for research administration professionals at the UW, united by a shared commitment to their work and dedicated to improving practice through collaborative learning and ongoing engagement.
Need
- Knowledge is a critical asset that has been decimated with the massive transformation of systems and transition of people at the UW.
- This community of practice will focus on the people doing the work and create a social structure that enables them to learn with and from each other, rebuilding lost knowledge and fostering innovation.
