Why听the change?
听
Our team is currently focused on听finalizing听and revising financial aid offers for听Summer听quarter听to ensure all students receive听accurate听and up-to-date information as quickly as possible. This dedicated time allows us to manage a high volume of updates more efficiently.听
听
In addition, we are preparing for new federal requirements under the听One Big Beautiful Act, which take effect on听July 1, 2026. Many of these changes require听manual review and intervention听by our team, further increasing the workload as we work to ensure everything is processed correctly for students.听
听
We understand how important in-person advising is, and we听truly appreciate听your patience as we prioritize getting your financial aid ready.听

Our听phone and email hours听remain听unchanged; however, we are currently experiencing a high volume of inquiries, and response times may be slower than usual. Thank you in advance for your understanding.听
